BreathWork: Discover Healing and Expanded States of Awareness Through Conscious Breath
In BreathWork, Jennifer Patterson and a group of guest teachers will guide you through a variety of 30–45 minute breathing practices. During the four-month program, you’ll also receive access to weekly live 90-minute teachings to build your breathwork knowledge while safely experiencing breathwork within a supportive community. Additionally, you’ll receive workbook activities, a library of recorded shorter practices, access to specialty workshops, and the opportunity to ask Jennifer your questions at her Office Hours.
